Playing with fondant: accomplished!
This? Was AWESOME FUN. It's very much like playing with playdough. Next time I will have to give myself a bit more time - with 7 PM approaching and the baby waking up and Corey having to be somewhere, I had to scramble a bit to get the flowers together. Not bad for the first time out of the barn though, eh?
Spent most of today at my mom's place. Stopped by Home Despot on the way to pick up $6 worth of peat pellets...and came away with an additional $45 worth of seeds and bulbs. Oops. Well, I got my liatris for much cheaper than the Vesey's price, anyway. (8 for $10, eh? How about 40 for $10? Ha!) Didn't get around to planting them today, but hopefully sometime this week...
