I woke up this morning feeling like I was hung over and have remained tired and grumpy all day. If I have to suffer, I'd like to have at least done the partying to warrant it. WTF, I ask you???

You are not alone!

I have been tired and slightly woozy all day! :-D

(Don't ask me where the big smiley came from... It just showed up. Must be the adrenaline. ;-)

Dehydration -- you're not getting enough liquids? One of the main causes of the icky feelings of a hang-over are dehydration, so even if you don't have the party, dehydration can cause similar effects. ODing sugar can also cause similar effects.

Hmmmm...that is altogether possible, especially since my habitual morning tisane has been replaced by hot chocolate the last few days. I will stock up on H2O.

I absolutely hate when that happens! I know exactly what you mean about feeling like you at least deserve a night of fun if the next morning's going to be so crummy-feeling!
