sexy_romulanI had a stupid day at work today, but after a walk along Britannia Beach in the dark, I feel much better. Notes to self for ghost story:
* the difference between this world and the spooky version of it is not how it looks but how it sounds - like being underwater. Appropriately enough. Maybe that would be overdoing it?
* this thing was originally a piece of her - so the world it lives in is stitched together from old and vivid memories of hers. Result is at first indistinguishable from the real world, although maybe a little unsettling in ways difficult to identify, but becomes increasingly disjointed and lurid and escher-esque as she wades deeper into it.
* it is always night.
Up next: meatza pizza (mmmmm, bacon), wine, flute, and mixing CDs.
