It's nice to sleep in, but now I feel like I've wasted half the day. Action!!!

To Do:
* get box of glass over to studio finally
* dismantle screen and put in storage space
* vacuum everywhere in 2nd bedroom to get rid of any remaining glass bits
* buy another ikea bookshelf and put on it all the random crap scattered around the 2nd bedroom
* also buy a little bookshelf to hold the teetering piles of books that always accumulate on Corey's nighttable
* try fusing something, cut out rest of neighbour's lamp
* make something for Jill's potluck tonight

I've managed to haul the 2nd bedroom back into normal messiness (as opposed to dangerous messiness) and am now contemplating what the heck to do with it. It's not a particularly functional space as it is, except to hold all the books. The futon, while handily able to fold out and become a guest bed, is not a very comfortable place to sit, except maybe for the cats. The black chair is nice enough when it's not covered in stuff, at least.

What I'd like to do eventually is buy one of those cushy ikea sofas for the living room and move the futon couch up there. Said futon couch also folds into a bed if need be, but is comfy to sit/curl up on in the meantime.

There must be somewhere to buy reasonably priced furniture other than Ikea!! I know about Structube, but I find their look a little too slick for my tastes. And I hear enough horror stories about the Brick that I never want to set foot in the place if I can help it.

The other more immediate question is what to do with the zillion two-foot pads of paper that Corey and I accumulated during our drawing class. They're an awkward size for storage - they don't fit on shelves, and they're too floppy to stand upright.
