By the power of plastic!

Blew a stack of cash yesterday. I needed finery that fit, so I went on a rampage through the Rideau Centre after work. By the time I found two dresses that fit I was so sick of shopping that I just bought them both - I'll ask my mom's opinion and return one of them. And then of course I also needed shoes, for which I splurged on a pair of ridiculously impractical teeteringly high heels. And then one of the places I bought a dress at had a promotion offering $20 off if you tried on a coat, so I tried on a coat and then thought "y'know, I don't believe I have a fall coat" and bought the damn thing, because it was gray and woolly and fit so nicely.

So with my new finery I am off to New Brunswick, where I plan to drink quantities of wine and dance my feet off with my family. So there.
