Post-deliciousness

I'm pretty sure I made less food than last year, and I STILL have leftovers of doom. Eeeexcellent. And because my husband is a rock star, the house is almost supernaturally tidy.

So today I plan to wander on over to the studio and spend the day cozily chopping glass while the snowstorm rages outside. Then I will slog home through the snow and heat myself up a mug of wassail and spend the evening with husband, kitties, and books. It will be awesome.

Three work days left till christmas vacation!!

Wow...when they said "massive winter storm" they weren't fucking around. Getting to work tomorrow is going to be a joy. I kind of wish this had held off until tomorrow - then it would have generated an actual snow day instead of just being a big fat pain in the ass.

Glass chopping is 90% done. Ahahahahahaaaa! I will return tonight to finish up and start grinding. Meanwhile, my book is calling me.
