(no subject)

Today:

* pancakes (mmmm, pancakes)
* hair repinkifying appointment (woo!)
* poke nose into Rona while in the Merivale neighbourhood for said appointment
* studio, where I will finish grinding those last two goddamn rows
* foiling over stupid TV (I REALLY need to find somewhere to rent Dr Who, which I hear so many good things about...Season 4 of Big Hospital is so painfully dumb that I couldn't stand to watch it if it wasn't for the foiling)

Tomorrow:
* with mom's help, tackle the remaining bedroom (strip wallpaper, paint, unpack remaining box or two, and move furniture)
* if energy remaining, solder chez studio

Oh yeah...and if the ground hasn't totally frozen, I should plant my freakin bulbs. :P

(no subject)

My hair is once again gloriously pink. I ♥ this colour - it is ludicrously expensive to maintain, between the salon and its swanky but damn hell effective colour-stay shampoo/conditioner, but I just can't resist. (And by damn hell effective, btw, I mean that the pink dye is supposed to last 3-6 weeks, but with the addition of this stuff, it was only just starting to fade after 3 months.)

I didn't get to Rona today, but found some promising light fixtures elsewhere at least, and did a little bit of christmas shopping. Also found some adorable Andy Warhol cat portrait stationery. These little cards are so cute, in fact, that I think I have to keep one of each to frame and hang up in the baby's room...man, I really have to get around to doing some picture framing. Maybe in January.
