French writing SLE exam tomorrow!! God, puhleeeeeeease let me get a B. I've been doing practise tests on the handy-dandy gov't learning tool website and have managed that level consistently, although often my score has been depressingly only a few points higher than my last test of FOUR FREAKING YEARS AND MANY COURSES AGO. I managed a C once or twice but I think that was a fluke. (Yes, in this system, C is better than B. Go figure...silly government.) Learning a second language really sucks. It's one of those things I would never stick with by choice because I never see progress except on a timeline of years, but I have to keep beating my head against it anyway.

Also: if I get that written B and then flunk the oral exam, I will cry.
