Finally got around to putting the candleholder together tonight. My stupid digital camera doesn't do a particularly good job of communicating it. I'm pretty proud of my glass selection - it's an impressive streaky orange-yellow-red. The solder lines will get a black patina as soon as I buy more rubber gloves.

Lit up from within, the glass is a uniform luminous red.

Incidentally, I've got, like, a metric tonne of those things (in various shades of blue, and a slightly greenish clear) left over from the wedding. You want some (like, perhaps, a shoe-box full)? :-)
